A warranty is simply a piece of paper promise, we give you a company with over 25 years of problem solving experience.

Roof Specialist offers various warranty options depending upon the type of system specified and installed. Standard Roof Specialist warranties are non-prorated and are included with each system at no additional cost. Typical warranties include Material Only, Standard and No Dollar Limit options. Warranty length range from 10 years to our 30 year Partnership Pledge. Please contact Roof Specialist for specific warranty guidelines.
