Gutters Protect Your Home

 Water, essential to human life, is also one of the most destructive forces on Earth.  Rain cascading off your roof can destroy your landscaping, erode walkways and patios, damage the paint on your house, rot fascia boards and decks, and undermine your foundation.  Gutters are an inexpensive solution to these problems. 
 
Water washing off your roof poses several hazards to your landscaping.  We’ve all seen that ditch dug in the ground by constantly dripping water off the edge of a roof.  Imagine for a moment what the pressure of that water is doing to the grass and plants around it.  The soil is being eroded and washed away.  Also, debris washed off your roof - particles from shingles, leaves and other debris - can suffocate your plants.  Landscaping is expensive and difficult enough to grow and maintain without the added problems caused by excess water.
 Brick patios and walkways are porous by nature.  Water seeps through the cracks between bricks and disperses harmlessly underneath them in the best of conditions.  However, excess water caused from a lack of gutters can rinse away the sand and soil under the bricks, leaving the surface uneven and unsafe, not to mention visually unpleasing as well as expensive to repair.

Standard Roof Specialist warranties are non-prorated and are included with each system at no additional cost. Typical warranties include Material Only, Standard and No Dollar Limit options.
